I joined the payroll team in 2008, prior to this I managed the office of a family gas business and ran my own holistic therapy business. I am responsible for my own portfolio of clients, completing complex payrolls, supervising the team and managing the processing of clients who operate under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS).

I love working in payroll and we have a great team at DTE. The most satisfying part of my job is being able to help the team grow, motivating them to achieve their potential.

I am qualified in Bookkeeping & Accounts, Sage Accounting and hold the CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management, which I am most proud of. Jane is also qualified Natural Therapist, including Life Coaching, NLP, Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family. I have many hobbies such as natural therapies, yoga and pilates, reading and watching football – I am also a huge Manchester City fan and also do a lot of fundraising for Bury Hospice.

I have achieved a brown belt in Shutokai Karate, being a member of a martial arts club for 9 years, practising Shutokai Karate, kickboxing, and self-defence.
