I head up the Payroll Outsourcing services at DTE and have over 25 year’s experience within the payroll profession.

As head of the team, my remit is to grow the business by gaining new clients and continuing to build current client relationships. I am also responsible for the overall management of the payroll department providing a first class payroll service to clients in an accurate and timely manner. Whilst ensuring that team members are working to their strengths, are trained to professional standards and are provided with the opportunity to develop within the department.

I joined DTE in 2005 from SD Worx where I was a Payroll Executive. Previously I worked at Birthdays Ltd for ten years as a Payroll Manager and Payroll Supervisor.

My qualifications include the Payroll Management Diploma from the Institute of Payroll Professionals which I gained in 2007 and the CIPP Foundation in Payroll Administration, obtained in 2001.
