DTE Corporate Finance Advises on Acquisition to Innov8 Technology Limited

DTE Corporate Finance successfully advised Innov8 Technology Limited on the purchase of Wharncliffe Business Systems Limited, a leading Sage Business Partner and technology provider. This purchase was a strategic decision to further enhance Innov8’s offering and market share across the North of England.

Innov8 are a Stockport based leading provider of software and IT Infrastructure for businesses throughout the UK. The acquisition expands Innov8’s existing offering with Sage as well as allowing the business to further enhance its sector specific offering with Wharncliffe’s Realitex add-on – a key tool in the Carpet/Flooring sector.
