I made the move into corporate finance with DTE in August 2022 after working in audit for almost five years. After college I joined Grant Thornton as an apprentice, and I gained my ACA qualification in December 2021.

Through my time in audit, I have gained experience working with a range of different sized businesses. Since joining DTE, I have acquired knowledge of financial modelling and completed due diligence on start-up entities.

I thoroughly enjoy working with the team. They are all helpful and have been very welcoming. I find it interesting listening to their conversations and learning about the different approaches they would take.

My greatest professional achievement was passing all my exams the first time! Outside of work I enjoy playing golf and watching football.
