I joined DTE in October 2022 and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time so far. What attracted me to DTE was their wealth of experience in both lead advisory and financial due diligence, I felt that I could learn a lot.

I studied Accounting & Finance at the university of Warwick for three years and following my studies I spent a further three years at PwC, where I completed my ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) qualification. During my time at PwC, I worked with a wide variety of Financial Services clients. My greatest achievement is becoming a chartered accountant, with all first-time passes.

I’m excited to broaden my skillset in the world of corporate finance. Especially working with clients in different sectors on due diligence and lead advisory projects.

DTE have a good mix of clients, meaning the work we perform varies from project to project, which I find very interesting. My favourite part about working at DTE is the family feel within the corporate finance team. It’s a very inclusive environment and I’ve felt at home from the beginning.

Outside of work I enjoy reading and have set a goal this year to read one book per month. I also enjoy going for walks and runs to keep active, as well as spending time with my family. A fun fact about me is that I was once chased by an elephant at a safari in Kenya!
